OBTAIN YOUR GREEN PASS AUTONOMOUSLY

If you have had the two doses of vaccine, you should have received an SMS on your mobile phone. Getting your GREEN PASS is very easy and you can do it yourself!
Just have your health card handy. Follow the instructions below.
1) Take note of the AUTHCODE on the SMS message;
2) Go to the internet, type in https://www.dgc.gov.it/spa/public/home ;
3) Enter the last 8 digits of the identification number on your health card (you will find the number on the back of your card, bottom left);
4) Enter the expiry date of your card (you will find it on the side, bottom right);
5) Select AUTHCODE and enter the code you received by SMS in the box next to it;
6) Choose the language of the certification. For those who travel, there is the possibility of choosing the multilingual certificate;
7) Enter the control characters you read at the bottom.
It's done! You can download your certificate, save it and print it out.
The same procedure can be carried out using the IMMUNI app that you may have downloaded in the past months.
If all these steps are difficult for you, there is a "lifesaver": go to the pharmacy (if possible in the middle of the day, always with your health card at hand) and we will help you. In order to avoid crowds, we would ask you, if possible, to take advantage of the central hours (1 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.) of our regular opening hours.
